Why we built Customerscore.io
When we were building our previous SaaS, we kept asking ourselves the same question: "How can we take care of hundreds of customers without losing track?"
Despite all the dashboards, we were flying blind. Some users cancelled without warning, others upgraded out of nowhere, and we had no idea why.
That frustration became the foundation of Customerscore.io. After more than a decade in SaaS, we realized that customer management shouldn't rely on luck or gut feeling. You should know exactly who's about to churn and where the next upsell is hiding. Without manually digging through spreadsheets.
So we built what we always wished we had: a platform that scores, explains, and acts. One that turns your data into clear, daily decisions.
