Letter from Tom,  CEO

When we were building our previous SaaS, we kept asking ourselves the same question: “How can we possibly take care of hundreds of customers without losing track?”

Despite all the dashboards, we were still flying blind. Some users churned without warning, others upgraded out of nowhere, and we had no idea why.

That frustration became the seed for Customerscore.io. After more than a decade in SaaS, we realized customer management shouldn’t rely on luck or gut feeling. You should know exactly who’s about to churn and where the next upsell hides. Without manually digging through spreadsheets.

So we built what we always wished we had: a platform that scores, explains, and acts. Turning your data into clear, daily decisions.

Our ultimate goal?
To build an AI Customer Success Agent that works with your team as an ally - taking care of routine tasks, surfacing insights, and letting people do what humans do best: build relationships.
