The library
The 6 skills
Three run on tools you already have. Three read customer-health data (health scores, churn risk, MRR and renewals) from whatever source holds it: a spreadsheet, your CRM, or Customerscore.io.
QBR prep builder
Drafts a sourced quarterly business review for any account: wins, risks, expansion angles and next-quarter goals, built from your real meetings, messages and CRM.
What you get
A single Slack message: a sourced QBR brief (wins, risks, expansion, 3 goals), with the full version in a Slack Canvas if it overflows the ~5,000-character limit.
Churn early-warning
Posts your top 20 at-risk accounts every Tuesday ranked by MRR at risk, diagnoses the top three, and drafts check-in emails you approve before anything sends.
What you get
A Slack post with the top 20 at-risk accounts ranked by MRR (with 30-day health change) plus a top-3 diagnosis section, and Gmail check-in drafts for the top 3.
Support tickets to product themes
Clusters a week of support tickets into ranked product themes every Friday, appends them to a running doc and posts the top three to your product channel.
What you get
A new dated section appended to the Product Feedback doc in Drive, plus a Slack post of the top 3 themes (label, type, accounts affected, ticket count, a quote, doc link).
Expansion and upsell finder
Surfaces healthy accounts with headroom to grow every Wednesday, ranked by expected added MRR, with a customer-safe opener line for each play.
What you get
A ranked Slack table (account, plan, renewal, angle, estimated +MRR, win probability, expected +MRR, opener) plus a dated expansion-YYYY-MM-DD.md saved to Drive.
Meeting notes to action items
Turns the day's customer calls into a recap doc and a Slack list of your own action items, grouped by account and sorted by due date, every weekday at 18:00.
What you get
A dated cs-recap doc in Drive (decisions, concerns, action items and owners per account) plus a Slack post of your own action items grouped by account and sorted by due date.
Monthly retention report
Delivers an exec-ready retention readout on the 1st of every month: churn, MRR movement, GRR and NRR when available, and three bullets on what to do about it.
What you get
A one-page exec report saved to Drive and summarized in Slack: headline metrics with prior-month comparison, MRR movement in plain words, health trend, and a 3-bullet so-what.
Swap tools freely
The prompts name specific tools: Slack, Gmail, Fireflies, Zendesk, a CRM, Customerscore. They are examples, not requirements. If you use Intercom instead of Zendesk or Gong instead of Fireflies, swap it in, or edit the prompt to drop the step. The logic still works.
The three health-data skills
Churn early-warning, the expansion finder and the retention report need health scores, churn risk, MRR and renewal dates across your book. Any source with those numbers works. We wrote them against Customerscore.io because it surfaces all of it in one place, predicted and explained per account.
How Customerscore.io scores customer healthHow it works
From prompt to scheduled agent in four steps
Connect your tools
Open Claude, click '+' and connect the connectors a skill needs: Slack, Gmail, your CRM, your support tool.
Copy a prompt
Open any skill above and copy the full prompt. It is the complete agent: instructions, guardrails and output format.
Paste it into Claude
Most prompts start with /schedule, so Claude registers them as recurring tasks automatically. The QBR one runs on demand.
Check one run, then let it work
Run each task once to sanity-check the output. After that the schedule takes over and the busywork stops being yours.
FAQ
Common questions
Six copy-paste prompts that run as small autonomous agents in Claude. Each one reads your connected tools (meetings, support, CRM, customer-health data), does the analysis, and writes the output to Slack or Google Drive. Five run themselves on a schedule; the QBR builder runs on demand.
