Use cases
What it's ideal for
One history per account, not per tool
Calls are matched to customers by invitee email, falling back to company domain, so the meeting history assembles itself without anyone tagging accounts by hand.
Context that survives a handover
When an account changes owner, what was said on every previous call is already on the customer record, so the first meeting does not start by asking the customer to repeat themselves.
Feeds the QBR you no longer write
Meeting summaries and action items from the period are pulled into an AI-generated QBR, so the review reflects the conversations as well as the numbers.
