Product Updates: Summer 2024
Hi, Patrik here from Customerscore.io! We’ve been hard at work this summer, and I’m excited to share our latest product updates.
Skip to the end if you'd like a sneak peek at what we're working on next.
Let’s dive into the highlights:
Smart Alerts
Get notified instantly via email when there’s a significant shift in your customer base, whether it's a usage drop or a promising new trial. Stay ahead with actionable insights!
Detailed Statistics & Segment Comparisons
We've enhanced the way you track and analyze your customer data. You can now monitor your product's KPIs over time, giving you a clear picture of how your app is performing.
Additionally, you can dive deeper into segment comparisons—analyze how various customer groups behave, track differences in engagement or usage, and identify areas where you need to focus your efforts.
Tags
Organize customers by assigning tags. Filter by tags to prioritize who to engage with or flag important accounts, like customers you've called or plan to contact this week.
Other UX improvements
- Bulk actions: Assign tags or account owners to multiple customers in one click.
- Save filtered views as segments, so you don’t have to create filters repeatedly.
- Drag and drop columns in the main view to customize your layout.
- Currency settings: Quantify the value of segments and track changes over time.
Coming Soon - Playbooks!
Playbooks will automate customer outreach, saving your team time by triggering emails based on key events.
Whether it's offering assistance when usage drops or checking in before a contract renewal to ensure satisfaction, Playbooks facilitates timely and personalized communication.
